That fantastic home run by our own Bill Carriker's grandson Dalton Carriker will be ringing in people's minds for a long time. In fact, the honors are still coming in!
Got a note from Bill who wrote:
"Dalton's walk off home run in the title game with Japan last August has again extended the team's victory parade. The game winning extra-inning jolt earned honors from one of the award show's title sponsors as THE UNDER ARMOUR UNDENIABLE MOMENT."
He writes that plans are still being made as to who will attend. The event will be hosted by Justin Timberlake at the Los Angeles Nokia Theatre and airs July 20th at 9pm.
I'm going to stay up past my bedtime and watch it!
